We utilize the services of reputable third-party courier companies to fulfill our deliveries, including but not limited to:

  • Ecom Express

  • Xpressbees

  • Shadowfax

  • Bluedart

  • Other recognized logistics providers as deemed necessary

The selection of the courier partner is determined based on your delivery location, shipping method selected, and service availability.


2. Dispatch Timelines

  • All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched on the next business day (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Processing includes quality checks, secure packaging, and handing over to our courier partner.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 6–7 business days from dispatch across PAN India.

  • Express Shipping: Shipped via air courier, with estimated delivery within 4 business days from dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

    • Local operational or logistical issues

    • Festival or holiday periods

    • Adverse weather conditions or natural disasters

    • Remote or difficult-to-service delivery areas


4. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If you do not receive your parcel within 15 calendar days from the date of dispatch, you are required to notify us promptly via WhatsApp, email, or phone:

Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement shipment within 24 hours at no additional cost to you.


5. Customer Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping details at the time of placing your order. Zidella Herbals will not be held liable for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, unavailability of the recipient, or failure to collect the parcel from the courier company.


6. Risk of Loss

All products purchased from Zidella Herbals are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery by the courier service to the address provided at checkout.


7. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing tracking details. Tracking updates are dependent on the respective courier partner’s system.


8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lockdowns, transport restrictions, natural disasters, or government regulations.
